Use the Solar Panel Construction manual to learn about making solar cells. Build three cells to specification and show them to Zachariah. (Receive "Solar Panel Construction Manual" (L1 Device) equip and active outside station. You will also get the Schematic for "Copper foil Sheet" which is needed in this step. Device takes about 1 minute to mount.)
